All Fitz University programs are built on one-on-one program design, clear progressions, and professional coaching oversight. Even when training occurs in group settings, the system and standards come from our individual coaching model.
Individual Coaching follows The Fitz Method and is delivered through structured programs designed around your goals, schedule, and capacity.
Individual Coaching may include:

Fitz University offers in-person small group training at the Fitz University studio gym. Groups are intentionally capped at four to ensure safety, coaching quality, and meaningful individual attention.

A more accessible option than one-on-one coaching while still following The Fitz Method
Small group programs are delivered in structured 12-week blocks and are available across multiple support levels.
