At Fitz University, we help people of all ages become stronger, more confident, and capable — physically and mentally — in the real world.
Our coaching goes beyond workouts. It’s about building habits that support lasting performance, resilience, and everyday function.
We don’t believe in random workouts, extremes, or quick fixes.
We believe in structure, consistency, and intentional progress.
I’m Coach Fitz — performance coach, educator, mentor, and founder of Fitz University.
For more than a decade and a half, I’ve worked with youth, adults, executives, and athletes, guiding them through structured coaching that respects their time, goals, and real-life demands.
I approach coaching with the same principles that drove my professional leadership background:
clarity, accountability, respect, and practical progression.
Progress should be:
Efficient — because time matters
Sustainable — because burnout helps no one
Earned — because confidence comes from real effort
Purposeful — because training should support life, not compete with it
At Fitz University, coaching is designed to support longevity, resilience, and performance — not just aesthetics or quick wins.
Fitz University wasn’t created to produce elite athletes alone or chase extremes. It exists to help people:
Move better, with control and confidence
Build confidence through consistent effort
Take ownership of their health and habits
Prepare for life’s physical and mental demands
Create training that strengthens life, not just muscles
Training should make life easier — not harder.
Before starting Fitz University, I spent nearly 30 years in the corporate world leading teams and developing leaders. That experience deeply informs my coaching philosophy: respect people’s time, communicate clearly, and coach with purpose.
I’ve also spent more than a decade coaching fitness and performance across ages and disciplines.

This blend of leadership and coaching allows me to support not just physical performance, but also the person behind the performance.
At Fitz University, we coach individuals who:
Want structure that fits their life
Seek accountability (not randomness)
Value consistency over extremes
Want to feel more capable — physically and mentally
We work with:
Parents and youth building confidence, discipline, and healthy habits
Adults and executives focused on strength, energy, and longevity
Athletes and OCR participants preparing for physical challenges
No matter your background, age, or experience, the goal is the same:
Help you feel strong, confident, and capable — in your body and your decisions.
At Fitz University, we recognize:
Performance isn’t just physical — it’s mental and emotional too.
Being Mental Health First Aid certified means I coach with awareness, empathy, and balance, helping clients navigate stress, mindset, and performance holistically.
At Fitz University, we believe strong bodies support strong lives, and confidence is built one intentional step at a time.
