Step 2: Understand Your Unique Needs (Needs Analysis)
We analyze the information you provide to pinpoint your specific health, fitness, and behavioral needs. These prioritized insights directly shape your personalized exercise prescription.
Step 3: Baseline Body Insights (Resting Measurements)
We gather key resting data: heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, height, weight, BMI, and posture. This provides a baseline understanding of your body's current state.
Step 4: Assess Your Movement (Strength, Power & Fitness)
We conduct movement-based assessments for strength, power, speed, anaerobic and aerobic capacity, and flexibility. We explain your results to collaboratively set short and long-term, agreed-upon goals.
Step 5: Your Personalized Program (Custom Design)
We design your progressive program considering your energy systems, exercise selection, phased training (periodization), exercise order, duration, intensity, volume, and crucial rest/recovery periods for optimal progress.
